Business Packages - The Booking Deposit is for clients purchasing a business plan package. The $500 is non-refundable and will be applied to the business plan project. Should you need to cancel the project, an itemized account of time invested into the project will be invoiced. Any outstanding balance owed to Business Planning Services by Sarah will be due upon receipt and the minimum Cancellation Fee is $500. If you prefer to schedule a Business Consultation before booking your project, those options are available on the Business Planning Services by Sarah website.

Business Consulting - The $50 Booking Deposit required, acts as a pre-payment of Business Consultation Services. Upon scheduling, the credit will be applied to the cost of services rendered. The $50 Booking Deposit will be applied as a Cancellation Fee if any of the following occur: 

• Cancellation by the customer with less than 4 hours advance notice.

• The customer does not show up for the appointment.

Recurring Subscriptions - 30-day written notice is required to cancel any recurring Business Coaching Programs.

The customer will NOT be charged a Cancellation Fee if the appointment is moved to another time, or if the customer cancels with at least 4 hours' notice.
